1st Appt took UA culture Did not call w POSITIVE Results after 1 week told you have to call us we don't call you! Please, I am callingnow, told, Only Dr can give results Well try to call you back by lunch or else End of day I was in Pain! I insisted to know contacted my Insurance to intervene on my behalf went to voice mail at office , when they called for me twice, 1.5 hours later Marni called to ask what Pharmacy to order Antibiotics w out even advising Test results I had to ask,? Incompetent staff No commitment to follow thru of my well being and treatment until I threw a Fit!! Dr never called Going elsewhere for 5th Kidney Infection in 1 Year!!

I went to Dr. Bishai a little more than a year ago. I had an elevated PSA level 10+ Urgency and waking up several times at night for ruination. He took a full history n made his exam. He conferted me asked Fr a prostate glued analysis n culture n then prescribed an antibiotic. After a month the PSA went dawn to five n symptoms were much better. Few months ago while I was in the Middle Easy, the PSA got up to 6 the 14 and then 21 in three months. I saw a doctor who asked Fr an pelvic ultrasound n prostate biopsy. I called dr.Bishai whoadvised me pay him a visit in the U. S. n Luckly I took his advice. He requested a MRI with contrast which showed an enlarged prostate but no ubnormalities. He advised a simple prostatectomy n pathological test. I discovered that a biopsy was going to agrivate my symptoms, could have caused an infection and was decisive. He can do the surgery both open or roboticaly. His office is ventage but the information n experience of the Dr. is what u… should be looking for n not how his office looks like. Five stars Fr this doctor.

I did not feel comfortable during the exam and was disappointed that they didn't use disposable tubes to check how much urine is in the bladder. I felt uneasy with how this old yellow looking thick tube was used and sanitized (hopefully it was!) When I inquired, I got no answer. The doctor really didn't give me an opportunity to ask any questions, just told me I would probably have to be on constant antibiotics and to start taking them. They made me sick and when I called the office to discuss, the receptionist said she would like the Dr. Bishai know, and he never bothered to call me back. I wound up in urgent care. Thanks for nothing!

Made my wife and I feel at ease, friendly, made us laugh during a difficult situation. Explained things very well!!! One of the best Dr's we've seen in a long time!!

I came here in need of a professional opinion regarding my urine flow. What I got was a wait time of over an hour to see Dr. Bishai. Then he comes in and seems very rushed. After another visit, he misdiagnosed me, telling me I needed a special catheter procedure at his hospital and no one could tel me how much it would cost. When I woke up after the procedure, the nurse told me he did not find anything. I was so disappointed and embarrassed. I felt completely hustled by this doctor. Please take your business elsewhere. I paid over 1000 dollars for nothing!

Dr. Bishai is a very caring doctor. I never felt rushed like most doctors do.He was very patient and professional. I was in good hands under his care. He treated me and my dad. He diagnosed my problem right away and gave me the needed treatment. I definitly recommend him to all my friends.
