Dr Blackmer did TKR-Left Knee on 1/28/25. I am very pleased with the outcome so far. He has shown me that he is a caring and very competent surgeon. I highly recommend him to anyone contemplating Orthapaedic Surgery.

The office is very busy. Waits past appointment time not uncommon. To me these are a sign of a good doctor who takes his time with his patients. I have been seeing him for several years and have a good respect for him.

I’ve been seeing Dr Blackmer off and on for about 3 yrs. He’s always been kind and through with me and I never felt rushed. Now scheduled for surgery in Feb.

Have always used Drs with TOG on the Mobile side, but decided to try Foley as it was closer to where I live. Was told that Dr Blackmer would be great for my hip/knee issues after a fall. Can't recommend him enough! Very thorough, comprehensive and listened to my vast list of other medical issues. He is helping me and doing all he can to treat me with my particular needs in mind, very unusual in today's world. I am very satisfied with my care.
