Waited hours to be seen and he was very rude and not caring at all

I go to the Stuart office where the staff is always fantastic. Ashley takes care of all of my questions, appointments, refills and need. No matter what I need the staff and doctors go above and beyond. I have been going to Dr. Blums office for over 5 years now and will continue to do so. thank you for all that you do!

I went there with Severe pain referred by my doc he wouldn't listen to what was happening what medication I took all he said was I'll give you an injection take it or leave it the staff is rude too I never went back

After my hospitalization I needed a new doctor. I’m so glad my friend recommended. Dr.’s Blum,Burgess & Guzman are fantastic! Not only kind and patient but actually took the time to help me, research for me and never give up on me.

They are no billing patients for annual visits when Medicare patients are suppose to have no copay for it. Sending letter to Medicare. If you go in his office with no copay, no treatment yet insisted I pay a deductible when he wasn’t entitled. Then says you have credit when dr who you saw prior was supposed to receive the money. Asked for refund check. Will see what happens but now on disability I have to pay the correct dr. Have to wait to see if I get a check.

The office staff are rude, liars, and will keep you on hold until you hang up or are hung up on repeatedly. I honestly don't know if Blum is still practicing or is retired. I've never seen him, can't schedule with him, and the office seems to be run by a couple of physician assistants. If this is the way this doctor's staff treats patients, why should I believe patient care is even in their vocabulary. This office will not even share test results with you until you pay them for a consult. I have been unsuccessful even requesting results to be sent to another doctor's office. So, let me get this straight doc, I pay $700 for testing and I'm not entitled to get results unless it works with your schedule? Huh, please tell me where your priorities lie. Sorry to inconvenience you with my health. Listen, you do what you've gotta do, but as the old saying goes... you've only got one chance to make a first impression. Sad commentary for what qualifies for patient care in SE Florida. … Just telling it like I see it.

I have been a patient for years while I was on PPO he treated me great but this year 2018 I had to switch to an HMO and it has been a nightmare! First let me say his PSL front desk staff and Manager Jennifer have always been horrendous but I stayed because of him.Until the HMO nightmare he makes his own rules disagrees with my specialists refuses to write referrals as requested by specialists he has his own rules had to have my Humana Case Manager contact him to explain what he was doing was not by law and he would not speak to her or email her back then afterwards walked out on me in patient room and told me he was firing me as a patient. Which he did! This dr only cares about the money he makes not his patients especially his disabled ones!

Well I have been to a large amount of Doctors over the years this a-- clown is by fae the worst Dr. have ever had. First he never knows who I am or why I am there and never knows my history. That might be because he does not bother to even look at a chart. Before he sees me. Then he is the first Dr. that missed an appointment with me. Yes I got there and he was not there. No one called me and he was MIA for a week. After getting to know him as much as I will ever want to. My guess is he was in jail or rehab. Well he could have been gone on a little week trip with his nice breasted nurse who he seems to be totally in love with. That might explain why his staff is so bad. Maybe she runs the show. He will not return your calls. Every time I go to him he says I have to come in. I knew from the start he was needing the money. Not sure if I am getting ripped off or is Medacare? I think it is both of us. He told me the first time I went to him that I needed him. LOL He needs me way more, What… do I need him for. He does not show up for appointments

Cant get scripts since his license has been puled, staff is rude and not very helpful. your wait time is longer than the time you spend with the doctor. He is in it for the money not the patient care

Don’t go to this Doctor’s office. No one is excepting orders for diagnostics from this office. The most unbelievable happening when you need medical attention.
