Dr. Michael Eric Brown, MD

The wait times are much longer than expected. In the waiting room 45 minutes. In the exam room 30 minutes before seeing Dr. Brown. I have great confidence in Dr. Brown. He is knowledgeable and direct. I have significantly less confidence in his medical assistants. Reginald, front desk, is amazing and extremely helpful. The medical staff that I worked with were not attentive, communicative or particularly caring. While in the exam room I could hear the personal discussions of the staff. Eventually one of the voices came in to take my vitals. This person was chit chatting with coworkers while I waited. Then couldn’t even introduce themselves to me and ask how I was doing. NERVOUS AS ALL HECK, but no one cared. I think Dr. Brown’s skills, knowledge and compassion is lessened by the people who represent him before he gets to the patient. He provided great care and answered my concerns. I think he is absolutely the best. The way I was treated before and after Dr. Brown is abysmal.
