The office staff is horribly rude. The office policies are horrible. As a patient I felt I have no rights. I need documentation of a visit to send my F.S.A. so that the bill will be paid, but they won't give me documentation till I pay the bill.

Dr Burke goofed up a surgery on a finger on my left hand. Due to the time Dr. Burke scheduled my finger surgery (almost three weeks) the finger began to heal itself in a broken position. The finger had to be broke again to put it in its proper position and pinned. Even after the surgery there was no significant difference between the before and after x-rays. Now after two years I cannot move my finger that was operated on by Dr. Burke. What bothers me most is that I could have had a much better outcome if I had gone to a doctor who addressed the problem promptly and who specialized in hand surgery. I would not recommend Dr. Burke to anyone.
