If this guy comes into your exam room, you should leave immediately. This man neither cares nor has the professional training to make a proper medical diagnosis. A poor excuse for a doctor and person. Third rate, angry and frankly provacative..

This guy is sick. He is the face of "Delay, Deny and Wait til I die" and looks at disabled vets as obstacles or even enemies. He is an arrogant chickensh-t who could care less about soldiers. He served in soft, protected posts but brags about what a soldier he was. What a loser. Stay far from him.

This guy must be suffering from chronic depression causing him to be such a toxic person. He does not care about people, just ask him, and his medical skills are third rate.

COL Canale has years of experience as a soldier and physician; and his intensity, honesty and caring about soldiers and veterans is reflected in this. He has zero tolerance for anyone scamming the system; and lets them know it. Good doctor, honest man; i trust him.

This person has no business taking care of people (ie patients). He needs to self refer for psychiatric care. When he repeatedly states, "I don't care..." I absolutely believe him. I am troubled even further by the fact that he occasionally cares for our US servicemen and women - they deserve the best. They do not deserve this guy.
