Dr. Carter and staff are very attentive. Dr. Carter's word has proven to be true. I had rotator cuff surgery in 2013. He said that it would be find within a years time and he was right. Following therapy, I have the use of my limb as was told by Dr. Carter. Thank you.

I have had experiences with a lot of doctors in the past, but Dr. Carter without a doubt is the best I have ever dealt with. His manner is awesome, you will never find another doctor anywhere that cares more for his clients than he. He takes the time to make sure the family understands everything that is happening and his followup is even better. He makes the experience one that as pleasant as it could be without the stress and strain of wondering what's going on. He is always available and has the uncannny ability to make you feel as you are his only concern in the world.

Dr Carter performed surgery on my shoulder that was injured in a fall. He also did knee surgery on my 15 year old daughter, several years ago. He is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Carter.
