i’ve been going to Dr. grande and staff for 20 some years. Dr Casagrande and his staff are very knowledgeable and take time to be with you to ask questions to let you ask questions. I am very pleased with this office although with many offices you have to wait a while in examining room after, they call you back sometimes when you’re busy . I feel very, very thorough and I have been well taken care of

For my wife and me Dr. Casagrande is the best family doctor in Houston área.

He is somewhat condescending sometimes and does not listen to you very much or spend much time with you. He does seem very knowledgeable and the office staff are usually helpful when you need them.

Talked me into $700.00 of tests that proved nothing. Wasted time. Glad I made his Mecedes Benz payment for him last month.

I have been going to Dr.C for 4 years. I am extremely pleased how I'm treated by office staff and the Dr. He takes his time with me and answers any questions I have in ways I can understand. I don't know why some are complaining about having to go back every 3 months to get scripts renewed. I don't look at this as a money maker I look at it that he is monitoring how I'm doing with the medicine. Guess I have only been there on good days because I have never heard arguing or cursing but I have witnessed patients getting very snippy with office staff for simply needing to see drivers license for insurance purposes.

Very bad experience with the PA at the office and later with the office manager. My son's had an appointment for a physical and seen by the PA He did not even know the process for a physical and did not do the eye test and what was required of him. He billed the visit as allergies and weight gain when I had specifically gone for a physical and was covered at 100% I got a bill for 180.00 and I was upset. I called him many times, the office would never connect me to him.He did not even have the decency to call me back I called the manager and she was even worse than him. when I had told her that I had appealed to UHC and they say that it can be rebilled she said that she cannot do it. I got the rep from UHC on a conference call and she refused even her! all it would take is send the claim by mail and she would have got paid by UHC ( albeit a lesser amount because it is preventative) I then wrote the check but with a very bad feeling for no fault of mine. I pay for… Healthinsurance and then if I have to pay for cheats like these- I have no words to express myself. You kind of assume people in the healthcare business are there to help and a few like these just spoil it for the good practices. I hope that the person who reads this finds a doctor who can help them instead of cheating them. The only consolation for this very bad experience will be if it can help others make an informed choice

Dr. Casagrande is a great doc who will go out of his way to help. The problem is his staff. Made an appt to see him & was worked in. I understand that you have to wait when you are worked in. However, to forget you are waiting is inexcusable. They came out to turn off the lights & were surprised I was there. Very irritated that I waited for nearly 2 hours only to be told oops sorry he went home.

I've been seeing Dr. Casagrande ever since 1995. He's always been very courteous and professional. He's very blunt which can come across as rude to a lot of people, but he's very good at what he does. However, over the last 2 years, he's not the same doctor he used to be anymore. There have been visits, 3 to be exact where you can hear him and his wife who's the office manager screaming at each other and the office manager cursing very loudly. I had my 8 year old daughter with me and you could hear a female screaming at him behind closed doors and saying he was an F*ing D***. I've noticed over the last several visits Dr. Casagrande appears mad and stressed. He seems to let his personal life impact his practice. It's a shame because he used to be a good doctor but unfortunately, he's gone downhill since his wife took over as office manager! He also has a 3 month policy stating that he won't do refills for more than 3 months because of OBAMA Care and that's the insurance regulations. I… called My insurance company and asked them about this and they confirmed this was not true. He's started this as a way of making more $$$, but the 3 month refill excuse is bogus. Unless he finds a way for his personal life to not impact his services at work, I wouldn't recommend going to him anymore. It's a Shame! He used to be a very good doctor!

I have been Dr. Casagrande's Patient since 1990 and have been well pleased with his care and technical skills. H runs a good health organization and has provided me with good care.

Nurse practitioner was very professional, very kind. This rating does reflect his service, or the person who works to process your doctor's visit-she was also very helpful. First nurse you see is charged with ordering tests whether you need them or not for your symptoms. I found her to be disrespectful, overly assertive, argumentative-talks over you when you try to talk. Personalities aside, orders she sent for tests were filled out wrong and incomplete, took several days to get corrected, then additional hours once you get to the test center for the order to be corrected. She made the experience with this doctor's office very negative. Attempted to let office manager know about the experience, office manager said it was the patient's problem and let me know they don't care, go somewhere else. Have found that there are so many good options-no one needs to patronize a place that does not value their patients.
