I needed a wellness check REQUIRED by my employer health insurance. With a looming deadline for the check, I called to make an appointment with the earliest available time being 2-1/2 weeks. This was beyond the deadline but I made the appointment anyway to review the check results that I had to get at a walk in clinic (3 hour process]. Appointment was at 2pm to which I arrived at 1:55pm and signed in. There was 3-4 people in the waiting area. After about 10 minutes I was asked to confirm personal/insurance info. Sat back down and waited. At around 2:45pm, a FOURTH person/patient who had arrived and signed in AFTER I did was called by the staff to be seen. I had an important meeting at work scheduled at 3:30pm so I needed to leave in lieu of not knowing when I would be seen. The efficiency of the scheduling process at this office is horrid and a dis-service. I was non too happy and will be seeking a different HC provider.
