Mr. Cesta was very thorough and compassionate. He focused on the facts and listened to me and my concerns. Veterans have the unique position of having far too few individuals who truly help us with our claims and disability concerns. Thank you very much, regardless of the outcome of my claim it was very nice to have someone finally represent my side, FOR ONCE!

I would give him zero stars if I could. He cared more about flexing his medical muscles than having a heart for healing those suffering from addiction and behavioral disorders. This man had the authority to administer electric shock therapy in Virginia. I was an exhausted depressed woman in a failing marriage. While I consented to the procedure, the rest of my family and my therapist were excluded as part of my care team, much less notified. I was told to watch a video and sign on the dotted line. I didn’t need to be zapped, I needed an effing divorce. I lost a significant part of my long-term memory that never returned. There is a reason this man left Virginia. Don’t let him treat you under *any* circumstance.
