Told me he dosnt do prostate exams and just wants to push Flomaxx !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a little upset at first about waiting a long time for my appointment.. But I was a little late only 5 min. because finding the place was a challenge.. I had paperwork to file out once there (new patience) so I figure placing everything in was about 15- 20 min maybe tops of my appointment . But after that I sat and sat.. Once back there I realize what took so long he sets down talk to you ask plenty of questions and reading notes in computer because he his info about you strictly in the computer (Paperless system.). See it's important to me that they take their time and ask questions and show concerns about my issues.. Sometimes it not how long you wait it's how they handle your care makes a difference .. Would I like to wait 2 hrs. no but if I have to pick a doctor who's take time to care and another one who rushes about everything I will pick the slow one and the one that's has patients to wait that's mean he is trusted ... I like Dr. Chune but again it was only one visit..… The staff was friendly if not trust me I would had even made another appointment that is important as well in my care.. As soon as I walk in I was acknowledge didn't have to wait to check in greeted with a smile.. Once appt. done I was offered free samples and my choice of time and date for next appt. Then after that I forgot about the wait and the time because my health was important to them as well... Left with a smile...

All previous reviews I read had mentioned a long wait time so I went in expecting to wait. I walked into a small smelly waiting area and found no seats available. After overhearing some of the waiting patients grumbling about waiting a long time I asked the receptionist approximately how long my wait would be. She replied "an hour to 90 minutes", which probably means 2 hours. I asked her why do we bother to make appointment times, canceled my appointment and left.

Cranky staff.Dr. mumbles and talks into his computer screen.Orders unnecessary tests, and then got angry when I told him my insurance wouldn't pay for them and I couldn't afford to get them. (This was afer a $3000 test that identified several kidney stones and their locations.) So, he virtually kicked me out and assured me I'd be back when I hurt enough. Told me I could pass them on my own and offered no help at all. I won't go back.

Could not rate him because I left office after an hour and a half past my appointment time without being seen. The staff was not friendly and more interested in looking people up on face book and gossiping about them where the patients in the waiting room could hear them. 1 person in waiting room when I arrived for appt. everyone who arrived after me was taken ahead of me. I worked 10 hours prior to that appt. and think when you make appts. for patients you should be able to schedule them in a timely manner or schedule less appts. if you can not keep things moving,
