Dr. Cohen earned his undergraduate degree from LSU in Baton Rouge and earned his medical degree in 1978 from Tulane Medical School in New Orleans. In 1982 he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New Orleans hospitals affiliated with Tulane, including Charity Hospital. Dr. Cohen is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr.Cohen was my first obgyn..my entire family, has gone to Dr.Cohen, his dad too very Excellent dr...He is very kind and listens ,his staff have always been kind , You know you are in good hands if you have a dr. Like Dr.Michael Cohen..A real true doctor the absolute best, Thank you Dr. Cohen and staff ,again You are loved and Respected by so many..every client We know who goes to you too..says the same..the best ..you are!!! Dr. Cohen is a great doctor. He has the perfect personality, he is caring and answers questions. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to my friends.

i love this doctor I have a needle phobia and was pregnant , he was my angel through it . I cant thank him enough for patience , support and great communication with me . my husband and I are thankful,also I am in great debt with nurse AMY!!!!!!

Dr. Cohen and his staff are very easy to reach and personable. It is a busy clinic, but he never hesitates to listen and explain when you speak up. His staff always calls back and follows up. He was honest and easy to talk to throughout my pregnancy and post delivery.
