No personalized service. Never performed a physical evaluation. Lost my records. Booked with Dr Creamer they switched me to a RN which was a waste of time. Going over my medication I had already provided a week prior. Wanted me back in 2.5 weeks. Saw Dr Creamer. Wanted to change all my medications after being with pain management since 2005. My medications are working.Then wanted me back in a week. This is not normal. The Doctor never once turned around and spoke with me face to face. His back was to me and he faced the computer the entire time. I find this extremely rude. There was nothing to see in the computer they lost all my records I had provided. Find a private practice not this place that treats you like a pill mill patient. Discusting.

I tried to work with this Doctor and his lack of staff, you will only see him if he is doing a procedure on you, He will will use a "surgery center that is subpar, it will take weeks to get a follow up appointment with his PA(s). The donot ever return phone calls.

This doctor, Michael Creamer withholds pain medication until you let him do a surgical procedure on you. He doesn’t care if your body goes into stroke mode from sudden detox and gives nothing to get you through. I understand that he’s not very good at the procedure that he wants to do to my spine. He wanted to do this procedure on my very first visit he scheduled it. I don’t even know him enough to let him do this to my body. I canceled it later. In my opinion he is a loony toon crazy doctor that doesn’t look at you or hear what you’re saying. I recommend you choose another practice. This guy needs to be reported and replaced.

I was referred to this doctor because I was told by another doctor he was the only one who could do an ultrasound of my hip to see if I had bursitis. I never thought it was bursitis and wanted to see proof by having a test. I couldn't find any other diagnostic facility in Orlando who does it. This doctor scolded me because I don't take medication for osteoporosis. I don't take any because the side effects are worse than the condition. It doesn't cause me pain. He treated me like a child. Then he tells me his wife specializes in osteoporosis and gave me her card, which was totally unethical. When I was leaving I stopped at the desk where there was another male checking patients out. He looked at my paperwork and said "Wow! Dr. Creamer is on a roll today!" I replied "What do you mean by that?" He said "All these tests he's ordering today!" It was like he was saying he's making a lot of money today. I scheduled an ultrasound, but I knew when I got home I would cancel it and I… did. The patients sitting in his waiting room look very sick and in pain and my first thought was this guy doesn't seem to be helping. A year later I received a bill for $20. He had charged my insurance co. $833 for a half hour of wasted time and insulting my intelligence. Ladies, find a female doctor! This little guy is a jerk! By the way, an arthrogram MRI will show if you have bursitis. I finally found the right doctor after three years of pain and I do not have bursitis. It's something that happened from doing repetitive lunges. Stopped the lunges, and pain is slowly getting better.

I give 4 stars, only because the front desk staff should learn to speak in a lower voice. Other than that, everything is grwat.

I have now been to this office four times and NOT ONCE have I waited less than an hour past my appointment time. I was even forced to walk out once due to the fact that it was 5:30, the staff was packing up and leaving and I needed to pick up my kids. For people needing help for pain related reasons, it is ridiculous to expect us to take time off from OUR jobs and wait for an exorbitant amount of time, while being treated terribly by the staff at the desk. I understand leaving a urine sample, but to be told TWICE that yours was basically lost, is execusable.

Mr Michael Creamer Anbandoned me for several months and ducked and dodged me sometimes delay and hide around The PHYSICAL MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION OFFICE IN ORDER TO DERAIL MY PATIENTS AND TOLERANCE SO THAT HE COULD AVOID ANY FURTHER FACE TO FACE PASSIVE AGRESSIVE DISCRIMINATION AND ABANDONMENT OF MY ASSIGNMENT FOR TREATMENT. I have been fortunate to have Doctor Michael Cremer as my Doctor. He truly understands pain. He is very knowledgeable in alternative ways to treat pain. He has a great bedside manner. His staff is amazing in supporting him. If you have a problem with your meds. He is right on top of it. And helps you right away. Anytime I ever had any a problem. I would call the office. I would get a call from his staff the same day. That’s amazing this day and age. I suffer from chronic pain. I’m the kind of person that holds everything in. I hate complaining, I feel like no understands the misery of the pain I’m in. That was before I had Doctor Michael Creamer as my doctor. He has helped me understand that I have a lot to do with how I deal with the pain. I can sit here and write the most amazing reviews about him. Which is odd because I’ve never wanted to write a review about anyone. The best thing I can say is if you’re tired of seeing doctors that don’t understand how… you’re feeling you will not regret making an appointment to see Doctor Creamer. Poinciana Florida W.A

I have had several procedures with DR Creamer with good results, but, I think that the group at W. gore are totally inept.

I waited one month to see Dr. Creamer and paid 240 dollars. We spoke for 5-10 minutes and he saw my MRI. After seeing him they wanted urine specimen having no illegal drugs in my system I thought I would finally get a prescription. Surprise, you now have a 2 week follow-up visit cost of 240 dollars and no prescription! Their process is hurdles,hoops and dollars. He did not accommodate me. Save time and money, go elsewhere!
