Terrible Dr.. Does NOT seem to care about me at all..i am a new patient as the first of 2020 and I've seen him only about 15 min all year.. He was very rude each time and very unprofessional.. A few people I know said they switched Drs after they got him... I I've NEVER met a Dr I didn't like til now, at 40yrs old.

He did NOT care about my health and put my life in danger!!! He was completely unprofessional and unethical. Save yourself the time and money!

Doctor Michael Creta is an excellent caring humble doctor. Saw him over 10 years on a continued basis helping me with my staying well while he practiced on Long Island, NY. He left this state to practice in NC to have a better life! Don’t blame him. I miss him dearly and will always remember his knowledgeable assistance to keep me going! God Bless you and family. Staff charged $25 co-pay for well visit which is 100% covered by insurance....this is an overcharge and ripoff. Pushed me off on their medical biller who has still not returned my polite calls after 3 weeks and 5 messages. The doctor does not deign to speak about such mundane matters as overcharging and refund of his staff's error and his staff is unconcerned. There are plenty of doctors in the world, think I'll go find a different one.

OFFICE IS VERY FRIENDLY. DR CRETA IS VERY NICE, EASY TO TALK TO. IM KINDA SHY, BUT FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIM. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO GUYS BETWEEN 20 AND 55 NO PROBLEM..

My Mom is extremely sick and had a 2:45 p.m. appt today they were running about 15 min late and the office person called to say they would have to wait until Thursday. What kind of office does that when they have an extremely sick patient? My Mom lives about 5 minutes from the office - whether it was the doctor's doing or is staff's doing that is very unprofessional and uncaring. What kind of bedside manner is that?
