Dr. Michael Dapaah, MD

I have been seeing him for over 10 years and would not switch. Due to insurance I had to change doctors and was very unhappy. Came back to Dr. Dapaah and was very pleased. He has the patients well being always in mind with everything thing he does. He listens when you have a concern and will explain why yes or no to your question. Wish more physicians were like him. Since going to him my meds have been reduced in dosage and I am on a positive path.

Doctors is rude and obnoxious. Has no bedside manner. Extremely long wait times. Incompetent staff. Treats patients as if they were in Kumasi.

Dr. Dapaah is a good doctor. As for a specific receptionist by the name Donna I can not say the same for. I dropped off some very important FMLA paperwork to be completed for my job and she is refusing to help answer a couple of questions complaining they are taking patients all day and doesn’t know if their will ever be time for it. This women does not know how to do her job sufficiently and needs to be reviewed wether or not she can work in such an important environment. I even offered to help answer some of the questions and then The doctor can sign off on it. She got flustered and did not know how to say anything but we have patients during business hours so I don’t know when it will get done. Well guess what Donna I am a patient and need help! Time to move on from this person to have a successful business.

Doctor is very nice but his office staff is horrible! When we go to the doctors its for a reason and to be treated like crap. It he could get better office staff I would love to go there. The ladies at the front window are not nice at all!!!!

Very disappointed with management, I was charged a $25 fee for missed appt. I explained to them my ex husband passed away and I was out of town and unfortunately my appointment was not on my mind. Will be changing my primary DR as a result of this

so glad i found Dr.Dapaah,He reminds of the old doctors that I seen in ct.Very careing and very knowledgeable.

When the intake person tells me they do not take "Obamacare", you know there is a lack of competence. When I offered to pay cash they replied that they don't take cash - only patients with insurance. I can't comment on the doctor's medical competence. But, this is an office that will turn a cold shoulder when you are in need. My office waits were typically more than 1.5 hrs. Follow up? Any attention requires another copay. Bedside manner? If you can understand the doctor. Courteous staff - The worst in my experience. In my opinion these people should vacate their office and give it to another medical group. I've certainly left their care for good.

Doctor was friendly and seemed to be concerned with my issue. However, staff at the front desk as well as the nurses are all rude and have horrible bedside manners. Staff at the front desk was giving out my personal information in front of all the other people in the waiting room she was also extremely rude I would not refer anybody to this clinic only because of the staff.
