Dr. Michael D Darden, MD

Dr Darden was my pediatrician as a child. When I had my twins we used our primary care office pediatrician against my better judgment. They saw that same pediatrician for 4 years until my daughter had some medical problems that were being brushed off and I wasn't being listened to, so we went to Dr Darden for a 2nd opinion and never looked back. After our kids first appointment with him my husband said "why haven't we been seeing him this whole time?" My answer, "Convenience isn't always the best answer."

Unfortunately, we had to switch doctors due to my layoff and we went on my husband's Kaiser Insurance to insure healthcare coverage for our family. We have never found nor experienced the caliber of personable professionalism and medical expertise from any other pediatrician thus far and it has been some years! He came highly recommended to me when I was pregnant and I always do the same to those inquiring about a good pediatrician and per feedback, he has lived up to every professional compliment given!

Great pediatrician. Not so great staff.

Dr. Darden has been a wonderful asset and a breath of fresh air to our son's healthcare.He came highly recommended by a friends daughter.We've been with him for 12 years now and our son loves going to his doctor visits. They have such a close & heartwarming relationship!Dr. Darden is the best!He's very knowledgable of his craft. He welcomes all questions & concerns and never makes you feel uneasy about discussing any issue you or your child may have.He truly has a great heart and love for for the kids and there growth & development.We HIGHLY recommend him to all our family and friends!

My son was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis when he was 3 months old,I was tossed into a world of seizures and medications that I had never heard of with drs, tell me things, I could not comprehend and just being totally overwhelmed, if it was not for Dr. Darden, and his patience, and his explaining things to me each step of the way, I would not of made it, he was a rock in the time of need. He was so good with my other children with normal illness, and my other son with severe problems, he treated them all like his no. 1 patient. If you can't do anything in life for your child, who is very sick, but get them the best doctor, then you will have done well with Dr. Darden.

We were very picky about finding a good doctor for our son. We were looking for a very experienced, professional yet personable doctor. We believed our child to have respiratory and broncial issues, so having a doctor who is readily available was equally important. Dr. Darden was all that and more. He is so wonderful that our darling child has turned into a hypochondriac. I have never seen a child so excited to go to the doctor. He are moving soon, but he will be worth the drive back.

I've seen Dr. Darden for all of the 18 years of my life, and compared to my experience with other doctors, he is BY FAR the BEST. He is, in fact, one of the reasons I would like to be a Doctor.

All my kids go to Dr. Darden. I wish I could go to him also for care.

Dr. Darden has treated both of my daughters since birth. Both are extremely comfortable with him as his bedside manner is spectacular. He is very thorough, and I am very comfortable, in the diagnoses and treatments he has prescribed. He is very responsive to calls and questions, and I also feel that my questions are welcomed.
