WONDERFUL STAFF! AMAZING PROVIDERS!

Whenever I call, the staff is so rude and unmotivated. They act like a simple question is above them or wasting their time. I will be finding a new doctor because his staff is just so terribly unprofessional. Wow.

I had to cancel an appt. as I got called into my daughters school on the day of my appt. I had not been to the office in a year. Was told I would have to pay $40. I had never canceled an appt on a short notice. Called back and requested a call from the office manager.....never happened. Emailed online.....no response. Very rude and if I had an appt scheduled for a year, I should have even gotten a reminder by mail or a call. Also, I have had to call everytime for my blood test results. I have never had an issue with Dr. DeRosa but his office staff is atrocious.

I received a phone message about a scheduled appointment in the very late afternoon of the day before the scheduled appointment. I called immediately the next morning from my employment to cancel the appointment and was told that I would have to pay $25 for the cancelled appointment. When I told them that I was within the 24 hour period that is supposedly allowed, I was told that I still owed the $25. I have not been satisfied with my treatment since they had changed Nurse Practitioners (or Physician assistants) so decided I would change doctors and just return to my family physician. When I called back to have my records sent to my family physician (which they were supposed to have been going there anyways) I was told that I would have to come in and sign a release and then I was told it was $40 for cancelling an appointment, even though I was just told it was $25. I feel that this was totally uncalled for. At first I was told it was $40 to have my records released and sent to… my family physician and then when I asked if I would have to pay $25 for missing the appointment and another $40 for the record's release, I was told I would owe just the $40 for the missed appointment. When I told her that I was quoted $25 for a missed appointment, she stated that she was looking at their policy which clearly states $40. It quickly became apparent that my words, reasons, explanations, meant nothing to them. I told them I was ending the conversation. and hung up. However, I do have to state that I have never been upset with the CARE received from Dr. DeRosa or Mrs. Dale, who was no longer available.

I have been treated their for years and have always been very satisfied with my treatment and the efficiency in which the office is run.

Staff is just downright awful! When you have any testing done, you better be sure you call them back because they do not call back to let you know results.

Saw Doctor D for as new patient. Very nice bedside manner. He was able to help me out with my medical problem and get me feeling better. He even called me back himself with my lab results. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Great doctor ,but staff doesn't seem to enthusiastic about anything, need more competent staff.

Had recent visit with Dr Derosa. He was able to diagnose me and start me on treatment. I have been to 2 other specialists and they were not able to help me.

Worst doctor's office ever! I have many health problems, my thyroid being the biggest. He does absolutely nothing to help. Pushes medication and that's it. Doesn't listen and has no bedside manners whatsoever. I have a laundry list of symptoms and doesn't take the time to listen and help make them easier to cope with. I would go as far as to say he is making my thyroid condition worse. And I can't say anything positive about the staff. They're terrible! Especially the tech who takes your blood. The most unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with! So rude!
