Wonderful experience! Dr. Dew gave a thorough exam and explained everything clearly. His staff was very friendly. My wait time was super short. Highly recommend!

My husband seen Dr.Dew today. His appointment was at 930 a was in the back before 915. Receptionist was great. Nurse was friendly and great. Dr Dew was remarkable.i will give them 10 out of 10 9n everything. Great experience. Will come back in one month.

Never ever seen a Dr as bad as this.

I have given Dew a chance for over a year now, not to cure me, because I know Parkinson is incurable, but to show more empathy and more passion to better my depreciating life. The same is true here like most all other reviewer say. No one ever answers the phone and if, I mean if they return your message, it will be days later. Don't let your prescription get close to running out. The office people are useless. They don't file paper work on time, they filled mine wrong twice. Once I came into the office to discuss some confidential things and they wanted to do it in the lobby at the check in counter. I very seldom if ever write reviews and I'm not going to bad mouth Dew any further than what I already have. I have read almost 90% of the negative reviews written about Dew and his office and I'm sure some of the good reviews are true, but all the negative reviews are true as well. If you have no other choice than his office to help you then go for it, but if there is any horse doctor,… medicine man, Vudu doctor or witch doctor available go to them first. They will do as much as Dew will but their bed side manors will definitely be better.

Knowledgeable, concise and empathetic

Dr. Dew's aloof bedside manor is the tip of the iceberg. My father was referred to him for suspected Alzheimers's disease. Dr. Dew never attempted to communicate with family members unless they were present for appointments, and even then, the interactions were hardly encouraged or helpful. His examinations consisted of having a patient visually scan to right and left, and squeezing his fingers. On our last visit, he failed to recognize my father had a high fever, and didn't question why dad was suddenly in a wheelchair, or do anything more once he was told that dad fell, striking his head on pavement that morning. Head wrapped in gauze never removed for examination, dad was sent home, with a change of medications. Several hours later he was admitted to the ER with severe sepsis and later died. Two months afterward, Dr. Dew's office called to remind us of an upcoming appointment. My mom called to make them aware, but of course, had to leave a message which was never returned. I'm not… saying Dr. Dew had any responsibility in my dad's death, but he sure didn't help.

I have never had the need to go to a neurologist until I had an episode that was disconcerting. Dr Dew was knowledgeable and informative. He was thorough with all aspects of my care. I am blessed to have him as my neurologist. Thank you DrDew

My wife had accident. she is bipolar. so being an accident can cause bipolar symptoms we couldnt tell right off, she got worse few months later. took her to DR dew. he seemed nice at time. but said thought was bipolar, so went to her Long time DR,for this she said she had symptoms that are NOT apart of bipolar and wondered WHY DR DEW did not do another test, I have TWO Bipolar specialist saying its a TBI. we asked DR DEW to schedule a second test that is better tech than just MRI. he wouldnt DO said to him he didnt see nothing so wont even request another test. when TWO other professional recommending it.... THIS guy thinks he only know best... we have a the test FINALLY schedule via another DR. next week if it comes BACK she had brain damage, and something could have been done weeks ago, DR DEW WILL be hearing from OUR ATTORNEY!!! believe that.. IVE called and talked with nurse left message after message. begging him to do test all he had do pick up phone and schedule a simple… TEST!!!.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you take your loved on to this MAN!! period MY wife has gotten WORSE ive communicated this with his nurse and messages.. NO call back. or nothing !!!!!

No one seemingly wants to care for his patients. He schedules yearly check-ups for epilepsy (uncontrolled.) Good luck with getting meds refilled. Complete automation stating not to call back for 48 hrs. or someone will give a call. A week later there's no call, refill, etc.. My pharmacy is fed-up with his office. As a nurse working with hundreds of physicians throughout the years, he literally ranks in my top two worst physicians. I visit other states on business. I (now) understand why they refer to TN as a "3rd World Health Care!"

Been seeing him for 4 months and he has done nothing. Ohh, if you consider stopping certain meds and starting another. When there is no change he will write another prescription “just to see if this works”. I suffer from daily migraines. Some are paraplegic migraines and some are migraine with aura. On my last visit he asked why hadn’t I been taking this nose spray and I told him my insurance wouldn’t cover it and I couldn’t afford $700 for a one time use med. he said “Thats not my fault “. After that comment I knew he could care less about solving my medical issue.
