Amazing doctor! My family has been going to him for several years - The Best!

I have been with Dr. DiBernardo since he first joined the practice, and he was and is a most amazing, gentle man. His strengths: he listens well, he treats everyone with dignity, he is a team player(he works well with other Dr.s you have), and probably most important he truly cares about you as a person. If he as cons or weaknesses it would be he is so popular with patients he's very busy. I wait to see him anyway he's worth it. His staff is great they all work very well together it's like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend this Doctor it's to bad there aren't a hundred more like him.

I moved to Kansas City, MO eight years ago. Back home, I had this lovely physician in whom I trusted with my health. He was the nicest doctor I had ever met and the best. Since moving to KCM I have seen many doctors over the years, but admittedly have been highly disappointed by the quality of care I have received in the state of Missouri. I also have a disability. I am often not treated medically or personally with the same respect or care as someone without my disability. Finding good health care has been difficult for me this past eight years. I was about to give up on allopathic medicine altogether, until I finally found Dr. Dibernardo who exceeds my former doctor. I never thought that would be possible. Dr. Dibernardo is kind, compassionate, and actually appears to care about his patients even when his office appears to be at its busiest. He does not "talk down" to me because I am a patient, or because of my disability, but speaks to me in lay terms without being… condecending so I can better understand what is going on with my health. If I ask questions, he is not arrogant and is patient with me until I understand all the facts even though he is incredibly busy. It also helps that he smiles, laughs, and gives you the feeling you are speaking to a trusted friend, as well as a trusted doctor. He has excellent bedside manners and when he needs to examine you, his touch is gentle. There have been times I was examined so aggressively by other physicians that I left in more pain then when I went in to their office. Dr. Dibernardo is by far the best physician I have been to. To his credit, a local specialist could not help me with my health problems and was incredibly difficult to work with, but Dr. Dibernardo prescribed me some medicine that was far safer that has been a godsend for me. Now I do not have to live in pain all the time, or take a really dangerous drug. He also appears to be open-minded when you talk of holistic health and preventative medicine (exercise, nutrition, stress management) which is important to me. In my eight years of searching for a good doctor in Kansas City, MO, Dr. Dibernardo is excellent. I would trust him and recommend him to my closest family and friends. Dr. Dibernardo is the star at Gashland clinic.
