Dr. Michael Kenneth Distler, MD

I saw Dr. Distler for an EMG in Feb. 2024. I have never been treated with such care. Finally confirmed carpal tunnel syndrome for me. I also got a better explanation of my chronic Fibromyalgia & the nerves ?? that affect that. He & his assistant were so professional & kind! I would recommend Dr.Distler to everyone. Cheryl

I saw him twice for EMG test. Both times he completely ignored the symptoms I was having and told me the pain is because I have PTSD and my symptoms don't even make sense. He kept me in there for almost 2 hours saying the same thing over and over. I finally had to tell him to just stop talking and do the test. I have never been so uncomfortable with a Dr ever! The EMG did show something with my ulnar nerve but he said "you probably just have weird anatomy" it's your PTSD causing this pain. I would not see him again under any circumstances.

Dr. Michael Distler does not listen to or properly examine patients. He misses important information that avoids diagnosing important medical problems. When alerted to this, he forcibly discharges patients and bars them from seeking treatment from other doctors in the practice for which he works. He is childish, irresponsible, and a poor physician. Do not seek treatment from him.
