Dr. Michael Peter Dudenhoeffer, DO

My review is based on the one and only appt I had with Dudenhoeffer. I had been in a car accident and suffered nerve damage through my neck and shoulder. When I was being seen - I was unable to unbend my arm, holding it bent and close to my chest. I explained what happened, I explained I couldn't unbend my arm, it hurt to do so. He nodded and promptly grabbed my arm at the wrist and quickly and immediately extended my arm despite my shock, pain, and outrage. I was in tears. When he was done with his evaluation - I left and asked the front desk where I could get a complaint form. The receptionist/nurses? heard me out and explained that they didn't have complaint forms. I went home. I called up their office - and asked again where I could file a complaint with one of their doctors, or alternately, where I could get the form to fill out. After 10m of being on hold, I was told to come down and get a complaint form. I filled it out, turned it in, and the end result is I saw a… different (more compassionate) doctor at Argyle.
