Dr. Eng is thorough reliable, goes procedures pros in cons in details, ask for feedback. Once results come in goes over results in a professional detailed manner. Excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Eng is an excellent doctor. He makes you feel at ease right away. He listens to your problems and concerns and he genuinely seems to care. I would definitely recommend him!

Dr. Eng is a wonderful doctor, I would recommend him to my friends and family. I had two procedures with him. However, his receptionist is very unprofessional. When booking my appointments, I told her I would have to call back so that I can arrange a pick-up. She looked a liitle bothered and tells me, just book them, if you cant have some one to sign you out, I will. Just dont say anything. Fortunately, i was able to find someone. The day of my procedure, I saw her letting about 2 people go without a pick-up. I went to my follw-up appointment and over heard her telling a patient not to worry about having a pick-up. I work in the medical field and know the importance of having an escort after having a procedure under anesthesia. This is very bad business for Dr Eng and I hope someone speaks up, before something really bad happens.

Dr. Eng is an incredible doctor that knows how to make you feel comfortable and safe... Unfortunately, before meeting him you have to meet the worst receptionist in any health care facility I have ever been to. I walked out of his office the last time I was there, the assistants are rude and inconsiderate. My appointment was for 11:45, I got there at 11:30 at 12:15 I asked how much longer. I was informed that he had an emergency earlier that morning and all the appointments for the remainder of the day would be several hours later than originally scheduled... My response was why did no one call... When I was told I guess we should have I left..

I thought the facilities looked like a mini hospital well equipped with separate recovery and procedure rooms. No complications after Upper Endoscopy. Dr. Eng is confident and professional, very well experienced in performing GI procedures.

Trying to make an appointment for my husband and I am told that due to privacy reason he has to make the call. Laws are great but some people don't really know how to use them..

He surprised me with his knowledge, attentiveness, courtesy, accuracy, and tender care. He made me feel very comfortable immediately and has a warm, wonderful sense of humor! I highly recommend him!

Dr Michael Eng was really wonderful. I was able to make an appointment within a day of my symptoms starting. He listened intently to my problems and explained his train of thought on how to treat me. He is friendly and personable and I felt welcome the entire time. I even got some free samples to save time and money to get me feeling better. Thanks Dr. Mike!

Dr. Eng pressured me to have a colonoscopy without gathering much information about my problem. Before I could finish describing my symptoms, he started telling me how to prepare for the procedure. I asked him several questions about possible causes of my condition, but he brushed them all off and continued to push for the colonoscopy. Finally I agreed to the procedure so that he would stop his used car salesman tactics, but I had no intention of following through. I left his office disgusted and will never go back. What a waste of time and money.

I was worried that talking about poo with a doctor would be awkward but Dr. Eng was anything but. He was unbelievably friendly, listened to everything (which was a lot) that i had to say and was just an all around nice guy! And the office space was really pretty, clean and felt like a great environment for a doctors office.
