Dr. Michael Joseph Everson, MD

Dr.Eevrson is an uneducated pig. He is extremely rude and will repeatedly interrupt you during your appointment. All he cares about is the money and getting you in and out as fast as he can. People who have seen him for years told me after I walked out that he doesn’t care about your problems and every time they see him it’s a five-minute appointment of just “Is it working? Good here’s your refill bye!” I have a medical marijuana card and it is the only thing that has helped me with my PTSD flashbacks after being in a very abusive relationship for two years. The second I told him about that he told me he would never see “someone like me” and when I said I was leaving and grab my purse he started screaming nonsense at me and that I was frying my brain it felt like a horror movie. He is a horrible doctor and would never go to him. HE NEEDS TO LOSE HIS LICENSE!

If I could give this guy 0 stars I would. I saw him for a new patient visit and felt incredibly worse walking out of his office than I did entering. He shut down my career, my past health, past doctors, my anxiety and depression on top of multiple other things. He literally laughed at my face when I was telling him my past history, he told me I would never make it in my career. He basically told me I was a “lost cause” after I showed him all the meds I have been on for anxiety and depression. Want to make you feel worse about yourself? See this doctor!

The man saved my life more than once not just by the treatment he prescribes but by getting through my defense mechanisms. He is intelligent, straight forward and very courteous. I trust him with my life and mental health.

I was referred to this doctor by my primary doctor. I went in with this being my first ever psych. visit. It was the worst thing ever. I'm a nurse so I know how things should go. I am pretty sure all he wanted to do was to write as many medications down as possible to prescribe me with. He point blankly stated to me that he is ONLY a doctor to write meds and to not talk to/about how I am feeling. He straight up told me when I told him I feared being addicted since I had never taken a drug like this before that I would "feel good" and then proceeded to wink at me. I was told that I would lose some weight and I ended up losing 20 pounds in one month. He upped my doses and then included Xanax. I am pretty sure he just made my anxiety 1000 times worse and my ADHD is now no longer in control. I really need to find a new doctor.

He has been amazing. He is quick, and to the point and always on time. some people want a therapy session in the 15 minute med check they have with him thus giving him bad reviews. He is a medication management doctor and he has every right to not go into detail about your feelings, but suggest therapy. He does listen to you, and will suggest a different medication for you say you’re having worsening anxiety and depression. If you knew his personality you would understand—he’s goofy in a fun way and I enjoy appointments with him. Never once does he not have a good alternative that usually works. He is very knowledgeable about medications, he is not a counselor by any means and he makes that clear. If you would like therapy and psychiatric services combined he’s not the one for you though yet he has helped me so much. If you need someone quick, efficient that doesn’t take up half your day he’s your guy. He is always willing to change my medications around so they work best for me! I… highly recommend him.

He is the absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. He is a danger to society in how he practices. See all other 1 star reviews. I think he's doing his own 5 stars. Looks and acts like he's on meth.

Dr Everson, all he does is get you in his office to prescribe you more drugs. The longest time you spend in his office is 10 minutes so he can help his pharmaceutical buddies make more money.

I think this guy is awesome! I have never known a Dr. to be on time. I was running a few mins behind thinking id be stuck in the waiting room when really he was waiting on me! 2nd time I went there it was just as fast. I like to get in and out so he gets all the stars for quickness!
