Dr. Fannon was attending physician at MRMC E.R. when I dislocated my shoulder in 2014, tearing up 3 of 4 rotator cuff muscles, and leaving me with only 10% of axillary nerve function (which took two years to regain after surgery). I found his name while just cleaning out some files re: that painful day. I have to say that he was absolutely stellar during that emergency. I am exceedingly thankful that he was there in the E.R. that day.

Dr, Fannnon was not only dismissive and unconcerned, but he rushed all communication. The urgent care unit was not busy at all and he continued to speak to me while walking away as to avoid comments or questions from me. I did not feel taking care of. It seemed as if my health and well being were of no concern to him. Simply uncaring.

Dr. Fannon was dismissive, unconcerned, and seem to not be plugged in at all. In addition, he hurried me and seem frustrated to have to talk to me as he rushed through informing me of my test results. I did not feel taking care of.
