Dr Fehm is a a gentle surgeon and highly skilled. He listens carefully and is responds constructively. I feel very fortunate he is my doctor.

Dr. Fehm performed my knee replacement. He was professional, kind and answered all of my questions. He continued to support me during my post surgery appointments, showing his care & assuring me that he was available to contact, if I had any ongoing concerns or questions.

Dr. Fehm is fantastic. I had a total knee replacement two years ago. Every physical therapist I spoke with said how Dr. Fehm is the best surgeon. They can tell which patients had him as a surgeon because his patients have the best outcomes from surgery. He has a pleasant personality, great followup, answers all questions. I wouldn’t trust my knees to anyone else!

Dr. Fehm came highly recommended from many people and after going through the knee replacement I understand why. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff. If and when the other knee fails me, I would have Dr. Fehm perform the operation once again!

Once again, my experience with Dr Fehm was extremely positive… He genuinely listens to his patience… I can’t tell you how happy I am so far after this hip replacement… I’ve been lucky enough, not to have any complications…

I just saw Dr. Fehm , June 13th, for a one month follow up to my total hip replacement surgery. He X-rayed my hip and showed me the compassion pre-surgery to post-surgery. Before the operation, I could hardly walk and I was in excruciating pain. A mere month later, I walked into his office without any pain at all. He took the time to answer every question that I had and explained what I could expect going forward. He and his staff are amazingly pleasant and helpful. Just seven months ago, Dr Fehm did a total knee replacement on my left knee. Again, I was suffering with pain from my arthritis. My knee was virtually bone-on-bone but this surgery eliminated my pain and I was quickly back to doing daily activities. I’m 76 and, since Dr. Fehm did both these replacement surgeries, I’m able to do things that my arthritic joints previously prevented me from doing. My only regret is that I hadn’t done it sooner! If there is additional surgery in my future, I won’t hesitate as long as Dr.… Fehm is my surgeon. He is the best.

Doctor Fehm replaced my right knee 5 years ago and my experience was perfect, so when my left knee needed replacement I was very happy to have him do the surgery. His practice is like a well oiled machine. I was given paperwork that explained what to expect and do prior to and after my replacement. He is very good at what he does!!!

I have long been anxious about my painful arthritic joints and trying to put off surgery. The X rays I had done a year ago at Atrius Burlington showed my body virtually riddled with arthritis. To be honest I felt depressed for awhile and in denial. But this winter as I found it more and more painful to do simple things, and began to dread travel across the country even to see my kids and grandkids and my sister, I made up my mind to go forward with surgery through Excel. Dr. Fehm and his assistants have been calm and reassuring. I still feel a bit overwhelmed and probably will be more so closer to the time. But I have always trusted Excel for its professional and experienced medical staff, and feeling better about my decision today.
