The front desk associates didn’t acknowledge a single patient who walk through the door. Their personal conversations during business hours mattered more. The doctor himself does not want to do any actual work and he also reeks of booze. Worst experience in a medical setting that I have ever had.

I had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Fitzpatrick and his team.  I had surgery to repair my rotator cuff, and I could not be happier with the results.

A few months ago, Dr. Fitzpatrick performed surgery on my left shoulder to repair a torn labrum. I am not a difficult person but I demand the best in every sense and Dr. Fitzpatrick  did not disappoint.  I would like to thank his entire staff for making me feel like I was an important patient, guiding me through every step and for answering every question and concern I had.

I had surgery on my left shoulder in 1915. I changed Doctors but I cannot obtain my records for that surgery! The office for Dr Fitzpatrick only sends info on my right shoulder and has said that I did not have surgery with Dr Fitzpatrick! I have the paperwork and the scars to prove I had the surgery. I have been trying to get the medical records from my shoulder operation- performed by Dr Fitzpatrick for over 1 1/2 years. I have requested that my records be sent to Dr T Thomas. I have even called from Dr Thomas' office and his office has tried also. I am fed up! I will never recommend Dr Fitzpatrick to anyone. I wonder- am I not allowed to obtain my records because I changed doctors? This is not acceptable!

Dr Fitzpatrick always spends a lot of time at each appointment with a one on one interaction. All questions are throughly answered!!great out comes!!

I received excellent care under Dr. Fitzpatrick after injuring my shoulder in a motor cycle accident. He was very thorough from assessment of my injury to post-op and rehabilitation. I could't be happier with my overall experience with this doctor and the ultimate results. My strength and range of motion in my shoulder are 100% of what they were before my accident.

Dr. Fitzpatrick immediately put me at ease, with his knowledge and ability to explain the procedure and expected re-hap needed to get my knee fixed and working properly again.
