Dr. Michael T Fitzpatrick, MD

This was my first time meeting Dr. Fitzpatrick! I have always seen another partner physician at the Women's Health Texas/Round Rock practice, but that Doctor was not in today and I needed to have my non-emergency condition addressed without further delay! Dr. Fitzpatrick has an immediately engaging & kind personable demeanor. I appreciate that he was a patient thoughtful listener because I know I am very "wordy" in my communications! Dr. Fitzpatrick communicates with great straightforward clarity! I enjoyed meeting Dr. Fitzpatrick and would not hesitate to schedule appointments with him in the future and am pleased to recommend him to family and friends! I am not surprised that I liked Dr. Fitzpatrick as everyone at this practice is superlative in their expertise and warm welcoming personas! Every experience, either over the phone, communicating through the patient portal, and in person has been an excellent rewarding experience. They are top-tier in their expertise & equipment!

I guess I have been lucky up to now to have never had problems with my lady parts. So when I began to have problems 2 years ago, after finally meeting and marrying the love of my life it was bad! A receptionist from my PCP referred me to Dr. Fitz. My husband came with me and he greeted me first but immediately joked with my hubby I bet you're thrilled to be here! So yeah Dr. Fitz is a guys guy which I like but some ladies may not but he tells it straight and knows his stuff. I always prefer people to be real with me rather than super professional to the point of being fake. After 1 meeting Dr. Fitz was pretty sure of my diagnosis and decided to do a exploratory surgery. The morning of surgery while I was sitting in that hospital bed I had a panic attack and by the time he saw me I had sweat rolling down my face. He is showed an amazing amount of compassion when he grabbed my hand and told me that I was about to have a very straightforward procedure and that even if he found… something I was going to do just fine. He also pointed out my strengths and then said everything's fine. That was so very comforting even though I knew he could not truly promise this it helped to know of his confidence. It turned out that he was correct even though I had Endometriosis all over. He skillfully removed everything with minimal incisions and lots of good advise for prevention.

Dr. Fitzpatrick has delivered four of my five children...three of which were high risk pregnancies (pre-eclampsia) which he handled with grace and compassion and which resulted in healthy babies and a healthy mom each time. I trust him completely and appreciate his easygoing and kind manner. He listens well and takes the time to know and remember each patient.
