"If I could give a zero star I would. Dr Forbes office and Duly are up charging my insurance- I went to meet Dr and get an annual physical which is covered at 100% with my insurance. Dr then upcharges and puts down Obesity as a new code that won't get covered. I was not even prescribed Medication at this visit. I tried calling billing, emailing and Dr office too and nothing will be done. I even have my own insurance company involved too. Dr Forbes also will not refill any medications unless you come in for a visit or have a telehealth visit. Simply just for a money maker. This is insane since was just seen few months prior. Then charges $229.00 for a telehealth visit for prescription refills. Just insurance taken advantage- BEWARE OF DULY"

Dr. Forbes is very good at explaining his viewpoint and recommendations and adapts incredibly well if I ask for alternatives or the risks if I do not follow through with said proposed adjustments to lifestyle or medication. Dr. Forbes is very honest, personable, and knowledgeable.
