Not a healer. He condemed my skin and put me down. Not ok.

I have severe acne and my doctor have me a referral to come see Dr.Freed. Well , he sucked!! He didn't even tell me about any options. He only mentioned one product that I am totally not interested in trying because of its side effects. He should have gave me different options!! I wasn't with him at all.

Office staff is inept. They are utterly incapable of scheduling care protocol in a sensible sequence or effectively coordinating patient care with insurance company. Difficult to judge physician's capabilities but hard to expect much from the head when the tail stinks so. Save yourself the headache and see someone else if at all possible.

The waiting time was not bad. The office decor was nice. But , when I got to see the doctor it took him only 5 minutes and we were done. No talk of how I can remedy my skin problems. He only said that he was going to give me a medicine that reduces the bumps. To make matters worse, he did the injection WITHOUT GLOVES. When I asked him if he always does this kind of procedure without gloves he said "I use them when I have to operate". On top of this, he told me if I want to know more about my skin problems I should set up an appointment with a facialist who works at the same office. The services of this facialist are not even covered by my insurance. Overall, my experience with Dr. Freed was cold, hurried and unprofessional. I would not go to his office again. I do not recommend his services.
