I have been a patient of Dr. Fretzin"s for over 20 years because he is an outstanding Doctor! He spends time answering questions and makes certain that I feel comfortable with the treatment plan. His office staff has been professional and kind. I highly reccomend this practice!!

I have been a patient for over 20 years. I recently visited and was told by the receptionist I would have to be considered a new patient as my last visit was over 3 yrs ago. I also had to wait after a couple who came in after me. I was told I would be the first patient. I just received my bill , I was charged $164 new patient visit. I have great insurance, but this is not covered. I was never told if this fee when I was given paperwork. I find this extremely high and a rip off. As an adult I don't have to see a dermatologist on a regular basis. I now have to be checked regularly for cancer , but am considering going to a different doctor if they don't do something about this fee.

I went to other doctors and never find very clear doctor. He gives you enough time for questions, but mostly I don't have them because he just answered all of them before I ask. When I brought my 7 years old boy he was so nice and he even felt my son's pain, not a lot of doctors have this ability after working for so long. I recommend him for 100%.

This doctor literally flew into the room, stayed for five minutes, if that, then flew out. I wanted a hamburger (In/Out Burger) after the appointment!

Such a good dermatologist. Took the time to explain everything thoroughly, Dr Fretzin was very personable but still to the point. Laid back but knowledgable, very well versed, and as friendly as a doctor should be.
