Dr. Michael Froncek, MD

I see so many negative comments here about this medical group. So sad to see. I have been going to Dr. Froncek for close to 4 months now and will continue to see him for the unforeseen future. This is the curveball life has thrown at me but I am thankful for this medical team. Dr. Froncek is a good man and very knowledgeable. I enjoy the time I get with him and always leave his office with a sense of power and strength. Four months ago I was unsure of my medical condition and very worried about my future. I am now feeling great and have a better understanding of my medical condition and what the future will be like. I am stronger now than four months ago and I contribute all of that to Dr. Froncek and his great staff. All of them!! No complaints about anyone of them. All caring professionals and fun to interact with.

I'm told to get blood work every month and told nothing bout my condition of Lupus. Ask Dr. Fron if I should read research was told no cause information changes, while how about you teach me. Nope been going to him for now 5 months and still clueless. Office doesn't know anything. I'm looking for new DR., cause I have a life changing issue and don't know about details. He gives no answers .

Dr Froncek is fine. The office staff is horrible! I CANNOT STATE HOW AWFUL THEY ARE ENOUGH. I HAVE BEEN LEFT TO REMAIN IN PAIN DUE TO THEM EITHER UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO DO THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY. Obvioulsy they do not communicate their patients' needs to the doctor.

I don't know how much of what goes on in the front office; that is, the office staff, actually reaches the doctor. He is a nice man and i guess does what he can, however, he much rely on the staff to keep him informed as to what the patient's communications with his office are. I CANNOT STATE THIS ANY CLEARER. THE OFFICE STAFF IF LAZY, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT AT BEST. I HAVE HAD TO WAIT FOR CRITICAL MEDS AND REMAIN IN PAIN BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY ARE UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO DO THEIR JOBS CORRENTLY. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF RUNNING, NOT WALKING, TO ANOTHER RHEUMATOLOGY OFFICE.

Please don't waste your time at this practice. The staff are not very professional and they are rude. The doctors are rude and unprofessional doctors. I did not see this one I saw the other doctor but even then he was rude and unprofessional to me in the hall way. If he is that way in the hall I doubt he will be much better in a examination room. The doctor I saw was arrogant, and rude at times as well as could be snarky. Find another Rheumatologist who will do more than that and waste your time with visits just to tell you that you need more blood work. Come back and see me in however many months. No recommendations or anything and if you ask she acts like what do you want me to tell you. Nothing has changed so I will see you yada yada. That is not what any of us need.

just a nasty person

I have seen Dr. Froncek twice and am seriously considering changing doctors due to the unacceptable attitudes of the office staff. They are rude at worse and oblivious at best. I have observed them either ignore or speak in a rude and condescending manner to patients in the waiting room, including myself. This is especially offensive when you consider the patient population are mostly elderly and/or people in chronic pain. Utterly unacceptable and hard to believe it's tolerated by the physicians. When I phoned to ask a question about Dr. Froncek's orders, the staff person's attitude ("Donna D.") was so rude--she didn't know the answer to my question and made it clear she did not want to be bothered to find out. I have given up trying to talk to any of the staff. Also, in the waiting room, they will leave you standing at their window without even looking at you, let alone asking if you need help. If you go, be prepared to be treated very poorly by the office staff.

He's shown no understanding of my condition, has clearly not read my chart (sent from my previous rheumatologist), and has been uncooperative and hostile.

Good experience with dr. froncek.makes your mind at ease. full of information.cares about you. he looks to make your symptoms more manageable.listen very well.

Dr. F is good and knows his stuff. The office is for garbage. Not Dr. F's fault he joined Dr. Del Juidices practice and she is terrible. I was ready to find another Doctor and someone else told me Dr. F was good so I gave him a try and he is great, knowledgeable and my medical problems under Dr. F have immencely improved.
