Dr. Michael Raymond Gentile, MD

I can always count on Dr. Gentile to give good practical advise and listen to my concerns. He always offers a few suggestions, so I have choices. The staff is very helpful and considerate. They make sure I get an appt., convenient for me and follow up with lab work and other tests necessary for my overall health.

of his office staff, in the background telling one of the girls to hang up on my mother. She said "hang up. Just hang up on her". Apparently she did not know the phone was not on hold. I am assuming because it was almost time for them to close and the LAZY nasty person that Becky is and always has been, did not want to deal with it. Many times we have asked the doctor to call us back for serious issues and he doesn't call back. On another instance recently, they were supposed to have a referral sent to another doctor. They had two weeks to do this. When my brother arrived for an appointment at the specialist, they never sent the referral and we had to go crazy getting it over to us so that he could keep his appointment which was very important!! This place is a circus. I will be writing a letter to the American Medical Association regarding these issues, especially the way Becky treats patients. Dr. G PERSONALLY was always a nice person but he has to know what's going on over there… and does nothing about it.

Good doctor honest and knowledgeable.

I was very satisfied with Dr Gentile ‘s care when I visited his office .His staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the best was Dr Gentile being such a caring physician .I felt very comfortable and happy to find him , instead of going to big office with seeing a different doctor every time , highly recommend Dr Gentile

I was thinking if I should call this office, one of the worsts, or just outright worst that ever came across. The office staff is most unprofessional you can ever imagine. They never follow-up, the office manager is utterly unprofessional, I have ever seen. Do yourself favor and find another doctor, you will appreciate the time, energy, money, and frustrations you’ll save, but very putting a feet in this office.

This office was a nightmare. I do not have a copay. They wanted me to pay $75 up front. I asked the receptionist to bill me after going through my insurance. I was a few minutes into my appointment when the office manager came in demanding payment up front. She had the nerve to ask me why I would come in and not expect to pay. I will once you submit a claim to my insurance! She even asked me if I would expect to go to Shop Rite and not pay. Are you freaking kidding me?! I flipped out and demanded my paperwork be returned to me as well as the copy of my id and insurance card. This was my first visit here and I would never set foot in this office ever again.

nice friendly office, staff are sweet and professional, and Dr. gentile is very caring and good doctor, I recommend him highly unless you are drug seeking then this is not the office for you, they take good care of real sick patients the way they should and deserve.
