Dr. Michael Gnatt is a great listener and I am totally satisfied under his care. He knows medicine and applies it to my specific circumstances. None of my office visits have ever been rushed. It is rare to find a doctor who combines personal touches and caring for his patient. He is easy to get along with and I highly recommend this doctor to you.

Dr. Gnatt is a solo practitioner. He's had the same nurse since I started going to him - Sophie. It is nice to recognize the same person - and be recognized! Not just another number. I saw Dr. Gnatt as my primary care doctor and also for some allergy treatments. He follows up when he says he will. He will call to discuss lab results, it really feels like medicine should be. He spaces out the patients enough that he doesn't rush you, and the waits are usually very short. He recently (2017, I think) switched to a concierge model, so be prepared to have to pay an annual membership fee for primary care.

I have lived away from Maryland for 5 years and have since visited quite a few doctors. In retrospect, I find Dr. Gnatt to have provided very excellent and comprehensive care. Thanks Dr. Gnatt!

This doctor is very thorough. He asked melts of questions about my symptoms and medical history, and explained everything he could about the diagnosis. He took his time with the examination and did not try to rush me out of there so he could get to his next patient
