Took care of me thru two different injuries.

I loved Dr. Grefer when he cared for me after I was hit by a car while walking. He doesn't waste time and he doesn't chit chat unnecessarily; but, he takes time for legitimate questions and he really cares. I was shuffled around by other doctors and had no real answers or a plan of action until Dr. Grefer saw me. He took care of me for five years. I went to him because of the excellent care he gave my retired Marine husband following an injury at CSX Railroad. I'm really thankful for him and his expertise.

Dr. Grefer takes great care to hear your complaint and diagnose your problem. He is knowledgeable and caring, but also professional. I recommend him and his staff.

He spends very little time with me and never asks questions. He asks if I have any questions and answers them quickly. Basically, he seems like he wants to spend as little time as possible. The office visit might be scheduled for 10 minutes, but I'm lucky if he spends 3 minutes with me EVERY time I see him.

Hot tempered. Doesn't know what SIJD is and says there is nothing wrong. So why do I have leg numbness, something jabs when getting up out of chair. Quack doctor!!!

Dr. Grefer doesn`t beat around the bush and he doesnt second guess anything. Hemakes sure you understand what is wrong and if you understand what he is talking about. He is there for me. He has a great bedside manner for his patients. I really enjoy his staff also, they will help you in anyway they can.
