Dr. Michael G Grill, DO

I've been a patient of Dr. Grill's for the last few years. The pros : the office is clean and Dr. Grill can be quite funny sometimes. The cons: No one ever returns my call. I've reached out to the staff members multiple times to pay a bill and no one calls me back. This is especially troublesome now due to the virus and my inability to get to the office to pay the bill in person. Secondly, Dr. Grill rushes. If you have any questions, please do not expect to receive a detailed answer. He will cut you off and does not really listen to what you have to say. It is unfortunate because he truly is a likable man.

Dr. Grill has extended my life by a accurate diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma 15 years ago. I have been a patient for over 20 years.

My husband saw Dr Grill for a physical, he was a new patient and probably saw the Dr for a total of 5 minutes, we waited for 3 weeks to get in to see the Dr. I asked did you have ekg ? Did you get a prostrate examine and the answer was no, what kind of Dr does this to an older patient ? what kind of physical is taking blood, blood pressure & reflex?I could understand if he was in his 20s but not someone older. I think the office personnel should schedule at least 30 mins more for new patients so the Dr can get to know them and see what problems they may be experiencing. Drs need to spend the same amount of time with you as you spend waiting for them in waiting rooms... totally unacceptable I think they can do a whole lot better..

Best family doctor! Me and my husband are happy to have him as our family doctor!

Dr. Grill is so lacking in medical and interpersonal skills that he probably could not the medical boards today. Also his practice probably could not stand on its own. He is unknowledgeable, rude, and generally difficult to deal with. He is good at giving out big pharma's pills. He is an old fashioned "diet doctor" and he is not very good at that either. Stay away from this guy.

Dr. Grill and the rest of the doctors there are wonderful.
