There is nothing professional or even caring about this man, he is as arrogant as they get. Go to UTSW they have the best Dr's in the country.

My mother almost died because of Dr. Gross' negligence. His arrogance is inconceivable.

Terrible doctor/urologist. Does not care about his patients. Heaven forbid if you happen to get him when you are in the hospital and he is on call. Has a terrible bedside manner.

Dr. Gross was very good at explaining basics about my problem (ED) and treatment options. The frustrations were after the visit. I received a $380 bill for 2 injection trials ($190 each). I was led to believe that this was included in the office visit and trial treatment but when I called the office to discuss the bill, I was told that nothing was noted on my chart. Beware of additional charges that are not disclosed during the appointment. What Dr. Gross did discuss was that the vial of medication was very reasonably priced if I did wish to order it through his office. That does not correlate with $190 each injection (not vial) that I was charged. Furthermore, when my wife picked up the trial injection, the front office staff was very unfriendly and discussed very loudly, across the waiting room where other people waiting, the reason she was there. No privacy. When my wife asked for ice to keep the syringe cool (weather was quite warm), it seemed to be a great imposition. … The syringes were also not labeled, so we had to have blind faith about the contents.

Wow I love them all Dr.Gross is very professional and nice he is a good doctor my surgery went very every time I called i was always taken care of I would send anyone that needs a good kidney doctor.

After being diagnosed with IC by three other urologist in San Antonio I moved and went to see Dr. Gross. He told me I did not have IC and preformed surgery. I have been in more pain every since. Even though I expressed several time the pain I had, he made it clear he was not interested in seeing me again. He told me he did nothing wrong.

I have found both Dr gross and his staff to be gracious and professional. I recommend him without reservation.

He performed my husband's vasectomy 10 years ago and we were impressed then. So when my husband's PSA kept climbing, we returned to Dr. Gross for a consult. He did a biopsy and found my husband had Prostate cancer. He carefully told us about all the options for treatment and gave us the name of a radiologist for a 2nd opinion. We all agreed upon surgery as my husband is only 47 and we all thought it was best to remove it now, and Dr. Gross did the surgery 6 weeks later. Seven months out and my husband is doing so well with minimal complications. ED is an issue right now, and may be for a while longer, but Dr. Gross has been proactive in giving my husband medications to help the process along, and it's definitely working. We have been nothing but impressed with him--he is kind, smart, attentive and skilled.

Such an awful experience with his office crew. They are so rude,and don't know what they are doing.
