Dr. Michael Joseph Hayden, DO

His wife answers the phone she is very rude. He is a very poor doctor you will fiend all of 8 minutes with him and if your sick he just sends you to the ER you can do better with any doctor besides this one. He also doesn’t strike me as that smart.

Horrid customer service and was extremely rude. I had called because my provider sent me a medical insurance card telling me that Dr. Hayden was chosen as my primary doctor because they had verified he was taking new clients. But when I called the individual that answered was extremely rude and provided horrid customer service. When I told her that I am a new patient calling to set up a appointment, that my provider sent my insurance card stating this doctor is my primary. She abruptly stated in a extremely rude manner, that is not how it is done, you cant assign a doctor without our approval. She then told me she didn't care what they told me, that they are not taking new clients period. Now I was wanting to be a new client, rather my insurance company handled things wrong or not for her to rudely and abruptly tell me what she did was totally wrong. Rather someone made a mistake or not I deserved professionalism and not to be treated in a hostile manner. If she had been nice and… stated I am so sorry your insurance company didn't check with us first because we are not taking new patients at this time, I would have been fine. I would have just called my insurance company and had them find me another doctor. I can tell you the way she talked to me on that phone. If they called me now and told me Dr. Hayden is now taking new patients, I would never utilize this doctor with the way I was treated. Customer service is everything. I have been a retail manager for many years, if my employees treated anyone like I was treated I would write them up or let them find other employment elsewhere. If this individual don't like her job then QUIT.

I've been going to Dr. Hayden for years, no complaints.

I've been a patient for 3 years and I'm more than happy with Dr Hayden. He never keeps you waiting long. He answers all my questions! He was my husband's doctor first and I was so happy with his practice that I switched to him also. It's a very busy office but a great experience every time.

He is arrogant and very judgemental and will violate Hippa you can do way better for your health than this jerk oh and the rude staff is his wife. Good luck with this guy he’s in retirement mode worst doctor I have ever seen.

In my experience, the front desk has always been helpful so nothing but praises for the front staff. As for Dr. Hayden – He is a great Dr and cares for your wellbeing. I like him so much that I have referred friends and most of my family to Dr Hayden and wherever he moves, I’ll follow. - Thank you for all your service.

It is unfortunate reading comments like this on the internet but hopefully it helps others get better treatment. As a stereotypical male my office visits were far and few between. However, several years ago I had some issues that arose. Dr. Hayden was unable to diagnose the issues and provide proper treatment and then dropped me as a patient. We are fortunate to have many options in the medical field and I would rank this as a last resort unless you like a difficult staff, billing issues and below average care. My new Dr. is fantastic!!!

I'm saddened to have to write a bad review about this establishment. I've called this office on multiple occasions and each time the front desk answers and immediately places you on hold with out even confirming if its OK. I do understand the office can get busy with patients but put a more effective plan in place. Placing callers on hold for more than 10 mins at a time( might have been longer if I didn't hang up) is not efficient at at all. I called back and had to immediately say no please don't put me on hold I've been holding over 10 mins I just have one question the rep stated oh well we have patients and immediately placed the call on hold again. This is based on my own experience with the office but a lot of out UHC members have called in complaining about the same issue. It doesn't matter which day of the week or what time of day it is. This is very unprofessional and definitely needs to be addressed immediately. Dr Hayden might be an amazing doctor but his office staff needs… to do a lot better. Sorry Dr. Hayden.

Wonderful doctor! Extremely intelligent and well-organized - He made a perfect diagnosis by putting a huge amount of piecemeal previous history all together!
