I have been seeing Dr Mike for 13 years. He has a busy practice but I see that as a good thing. Good sense of a humor, practical diagnoses and no unnecessary tests. My wife and kids have since transferred to his practice as well.

Dr. Hemmersmeier is the best. He takes his time with you and never makes you feel rushed. He also listens with excellent bedside manner.

You cannot get through by phone. 20 minute wait for your call to get answered is SHORT. Staff RUDE! Wait time in office of 1 - 2 hours not uncommon. My billing has been wrong and six months and intervention from my insurance company it is finally right. Dr is very nice but has little time to spend since he is usually so far behind.

I moved here from out of state and was so happy when I found Dr. Mike. He is a fantastic physician, takes time with you and is sincerely concerned about your health. Yes, his office is busy, but I would rather wait 15-20 minutes and see a good physician, than be seen right away by one that is never busy. I have never had any problems with my medication refills, any testing - results are quick. I'm staying w/Dr. Hemmersmeier and his group!!

We used their services both my husband and I for one month and I have to say I have never in my life been to an office so unorganized, inefficient and lacking in all professionalism. From long wait times, lost reports, no return phone calls, delayed test results, WRONG diagnosis, ... you name it we experienced it in one month's time. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
