Dr. Michael William Heniff, MD

Dr. Heniff showed no time or concern for my 60 year old father. He wrote him off with prescriptions every time he came in complaining of pain & breathing problems. Being an ex heavy smoker you think he’d do more & quickly. My father could not handle the pain anymore & got rushed to the ER to find out he had stage 4 lung cancer. Eight week after that we buried my father on his 61st birthday. This doctor is a joke I wouldn’t send anyone to him. He is more concerned about the money than the patient

Dr. Heniff has been out PCP for many years. While we might wait for a time in the waiting room, Dr. Heniff never rushes his patients and listens attentively. He and his staff are all patient and warm. Because of Dr. Heniff's thoughtfulness and remark that we might want to stop at Palos Hospital's ER for an issue my husband was having instead of waiting weeks for outpatient tests, my husband, I believe, is alive today. Turns out he had an undiagnosed condition that led to his going on to a ventilator and becoming unconscious while at the ER. While Dr. Heniff certainly could not have known this would occur, we would not have been at the ER when this happened and my husband would surely have died in his sleep given the condition he was diagnosed with. While hospitalized, Dr. Heniff was very clear to discuss options with me and take my thoughts into consideration. I would never change doctors unless forced to. He and his staff are wonderful. I saw Dr. Heniff for an abnormal test I had. I was a new patient. When I got to the office, his staff was very friendly.....the nicest I've been to so far! Dr. Heniff took his time, went over all of my tests and set up a plan for me so I knew what to do. I liked him so much I see him as my regular doc now.

Dr. Michael Henniff and his staff are very professional , they listen to your concerns , they follow thru.
