Dr. Hess has been very helpful. I liked his manner of dealing with patients.

It's a to bad a-10 stars!!! I received on time no one in the office had a clue why I was there?After sitting& waiting was taking to room. Those of week stomach stop here! When walked into the room his once white coat.now had put stains enough to see, the front of it was BLACK IN LARGE SPOTS! It i would have been paying for this visit I WOULD HAVE GOT AN RAN OUT, THROWING UP!! He admitted to me with my husband sitting right there he either had not received my information or he just didn't have the time to review it!! So he had no clue what was should have been looking at. I had had over 20+ surgeries I have all the scars to prove. He asked to go over the past 10 years to tell him why? What was the reason my doctor thought it needed surgery! Then he had nerve to dish on my "honesty honorable dr. He asked questions when he didn't like what was saying, he would belittle me. I was treated and respected more by my husband!!! I was i Totally grossed out from the second he walked in to… hearing "how he was so prepared and new who I was" I had not left his office and I had my insurance claims manager on my phone!!! I have a minute by minute visit.!! I told her if she used his view in my review i was go-to hit the fan!!! We are You can imagine that is the only drs. Notes they sent to in-house review.I was denied my benefits! He is a "DOCTOR IN THE POCKET OF DISAILITY INSURANCE COMPANIES" paid to write more against claimant !!!plan on being prejudged before you get HOME to be denied!!!! Don't over all your information when asked, ask if he reviewed your records! He is the first step to the lies of losing your benefits. But want to get your own ky to protect the pain

Turned out I need back surgery and all he did was tell me that Chiropractors (which I swear by) aren't doctors and can't fix you!! Serious issues with his bedside manner!! It was the chiropractor that sent me in for an MRI not him. All he did was tell me to take inuprofen and ordered a cortizone shot. I was down flat in bed and couldn't move for two weeks. He was NO help other than to take my money!! Wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

My son (21) broke his leg in a 4 wheeling accident and the surgery was handled in Idaho with a steel rod put in his leg. He was then taken under Hr Hess care when transported home to Utah and he was fantastic. Dr Hess a year later did the surgery to remove the steel rod and and now my son has full use of his leg.
