I struggled for 15 days in Plattsburgh trying to find a diagnosis Dr. Horgan found my diagnosis within 10 minutes kudos to you Dr. Horgan for saving my life and not becoming a quadriplegic

Dr. Horgan is definitely an amazing doctor. I met him in 2003 and he was a very gentle, informative, patient Doctor. I would suggest anyone and everyone that has to go through a brain/spinal surgery to go to him.

He is looking for job security. He pooh pooh other docter's (very unprofessional). I 'm not sure if he even read my chart, or if it was surgery by numbers?

Dr Horgan is the best of the best!! If you are in need of spinal surgery--he is your man. I first met him in 2003 and he was a Godsend. He operated 3 times and then resorted to doing a fusion to fix my spine and eliminate my pain. He is beyond intelligent----I am not sure if brilliant is even a "big" enough word to describe him. I would trust him with my life in a second----he is that good.
