This was my first time going to dr Howard and it will be my last went in for a specific problem I was having so dr Howard gave me a check up and he took blood from me for a psa test I set up a patient portal so I could review the results after 4 days of checking and seeing no results posted I decided to call the office to find out if there was a problem after speaking to some one they told me they would return my call in a few minutes after 4 or 5 hrs went by my wife decided to try and left a voice mail for the office who then in about 2 hrs later they left me a voice mall stating that they were very sorry but there was a mix up and my blood was lost What!!!!! U lost my blood who does that ? Anyway they then stated that I could come back to have my blood taken again and they wouldn’t charge me really no charge hey listen money hungry doctors it wasn’t about the money it’s about me the patient if I was a different kind of person I might have thought well they didn’t call me so… everything must be alright but that didn’t happen I called and found out how careless you and your office are to let this happen and to think that I would come back to your office because you’re going to give me a blood test free of charge ? Really sad

Excellent. Talented surgeon, would not go to any other urologist.

Put Implant incorrectly no use

I had an excellent experience. Staff was friendly and he made the right diagnosis.

Horrible. Office is unorganized, unfriendly and has the worst follow up. The Dr has the worst bedside manner, and poor follow up. Hates to give an honest answer, just dances around. I called three times for results, hardly ever do you get a human to answer the phone, have to leave messages. you never get no return calls so you have to keep calling. Finally I went to the hospital and get a copy of my test results and took them somewhere else. The new doctor saved my life, I would have died waiting to hear from Dr Howard and his lame staff. They called me 6 months later to make an appointment. Haha! What a joke.
