This Dr read my brain CTA. He mentions NO hemodynamic issues whatsoever, however a radiologist specializing in vascular radiology saw several issues on MRA . In addition, this Dr completely missed that one of my vertebral arteries is FAR larger than other(noted in all other vascular scans I've had & extremely obvious to anyone with etes). Instead, this Dr says my vertebrals are "co-dominant". Did you even look at my CT, Dr Hutchinson? And btw, the stenosis in the clinoid segment is STILL present(like the vascular radiologist pointed out). Northwestern needs a VASCULAR radiologist reading vascular scans!! This is unacceptable.

We take offense at the use of the term "mental retardation" to describe an individual who recently had a procedure done. Dr. Hutchinson wrote the report. "Mental retardaion" was replaced in 2013 with "intellectual disability" and "developmental intellectual disability" in both the DSM-V and the ICD-11. It is a disappointment to see a young doctor, who graduated from med school in 2005, not be up-to-date on medical terminology
