Did not adhere to my requests, when you are told NOT to do something, you should not do so. He did not wear gloves while either, not sanitary. Will not be seeing this doctor again.

Dr. Iordanou is very knowledgeable, thorough, and a fantastic pediatrician. Unfortunately, the front desk staff at the Astoria location is cold, rude, and condescending. Considering changing pediatricians due to their subpar service.

He asked me questions I was not comfortable talking about.

By far the best pediatricians ever. Dr. Michael Iordanou is always availabile to speak if you come across any problems with your infant, which is so often as a first time mom. If he isn’t around any of his other doctors or PA’s NP’s will see you or take your calls. They’re truly amazing and I recommend them to all the new moms.

Dr. Mike is the best - I’m very particular when it comes to relationships with doctors- he is one of the very few docs who doesn’t make me nervous- he is very kind - knowledgeable and has lots of experience. My son only wants Dr. Mike ??

He was my pediatrician from when I was 5 and is now my son's pediatrician. Not only does he know all his patients very well, but he truly cares for them. I have always had great treatment and always sooo very helpful with answering any questions. He is the very best as well as his partner/brother Dr. Chris. Whenever someone is looking for a pediatrician I ALWAYS recommend Astoria Pediatrics!

I identified Dr. Mike as my childrens' pediatrician after an extensive search. The key qualities I looked for were an open minded and experienced doctor who listens before making determinations about next steps. Antibiotics are not prescribed unless absolutely necessary and we've put our children on an modified vaccination schedule that we all feel comfortable with. He's explained every question, from the mundane to the frantic, with patience and care. I appreciate the "wait and see" attitude when it's warranted and the affiliation with LIJ Schneiders Children's Hospital when time is of the essence. The other doctors on staff are excellent and available when he's not around. Bottom Line: I recommend him and Astoria Pediatrics.
