Dr. Michael James Jacobson, MD

Dr Jacobson is an incredible ENT doctor! He listens, he’s compassionate and he takes the time to share important medical information pertinent to his diagnosis. But most importantly, he was the ONLY doctor who was able to diagnose the cause of my extreme vertigo - after i had previously consulted with ER doctors and my own internist who thankfully referred me to Dr Jacobson. His diagnosis and treatment plan has been life-changing! I went from being unable to stand or walk short distances due to lightheadedness/dizziness (totally debilitating) to being able to return to my normal life (including exercising daily, socializing etc). I will be forever grateful to him. If I could give him 100 stars, I would.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Jacobson after being told she had a tongue tie at 6 weeks old. He did not spend a lot of time with us prior to the procedure and left immediately afterwards. Since having the procedure done, I've learned the way he went about it was completely WRONG. He barely numbed her and she bled for an hour and wouldn't eat! The staff tried to get me to leave even though she would not breastfeed and I told them I would not leave until she ate. There was no follow up or anything. I would not recommend him

he is too busy to spend time with patients. Have had several problems with wrong medications. They either need more doctors at the office or they shouldn't take on new patients

Dr, Jacobson is a first rate Doctor, who is the very personification of what one expects of a Doctor these days--personable, knowledgeable, conservative in his approach, etc. He is a gem!

The insurance was billed $415.00 for the seconds he looked down my nose! He looked in my nose again for another $415.00. Guess the deviated septum hadn't budged in a couple of weeks time.

â??BEWARE Patients Dr. Jacobson is a thief. He will charge you for $1000 scopes at every visit. Also, put fraudulent charges on your encounters. Last, Dr. Jacobson will "pretend" to look down your throat with a nasal endoscopy scope. He put fake diagnoses codes to increase your bills. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO BE SWINDLED.â??

Dr. Jacobson is an outstanding doctor. His staff needs help.

the front desk staff never answer the phone and they are knowlegable it takes about ten times until you get somebody to answer the phone. They never answer the ENT Emergency line or the immeadiate assistance line. The nursing staff are not good they have called in wrong prescripitons numerous time and when they do call it in they sometime call in the wrongs dosages. we do not have confience in the nursing staff they never ask for an updated medical or medication histroy. The allergy dept is the worse. It is really hard to deal with the staff they are not friendlly. The doctor is very nice. The wait time is ridaouls. They have three people working at the front desk and none of therm can answer the phone. I might be finding another ent doctor. i would not recommened this office to anybody the nursing staff is the worse they never wear their they name badges

he is the best ent doctor ever and he is not rude to people, he is very nice and caring and takes his time to explain to you. He looks at everything not just what your there for. If you ever need ent doctor he is the best choice to go he is the best in town and he takes care of children also. he is the nicest ent doctor in williamsburg

When I first met the Dr. Jacbobson, he immediately rushed me into scheduling a surgery. After performing a Septoplasty, did not follow up with me and care about my healing process. I've had complications for 8 months now and the he wants me to pay for another surgery. Staff is rude and does not want to help. I've had 5 appointments since the surgery ($100 each) and for each, I had to wait 30+ minutes in the office to just be pushed back out and told to "wait longer."You will find a better doctor elsewhere.
