Dr. Michael Wayne Jordan, MD

I Was a victim of extensive malfeasance and abuse as an unwilling patient on court ordered treatment. The regional behavioral health association he was employed under condoned the abuse!- Magellan of Arizona was Mr. Jordan's employer at the time, and Megallan allowed Jordan to massively overextend his influence over my life and all medical treatments- all which I was FORCED to endure despite my protest and refusal. I was also subject to chronic devaluation an dehumanizing gaslighting which I was conditioned to accept that I would never be a productive member of society & hold any gainful employment. I was constantly reminded that there was something "wrong" with me-- and everyone could tell: Therefore I would never be capable of socially functioning in an acceptable fashion. I was endlessly reminded that I did not deserve to be heard, and nothing I said was valid- that every thought I had was wrong, unhinged and psychotic. Jordan forced me on to a whole regimen of drugs which hampered… my intellectual prowess and destroyed my will to live all together. He also forced me to have excruciating procedures without proper anesthesia and analgesics- 2 colonoscopies, 3 internal ultrasounds. He went on to try to force me to have a Hysterectomy, and then later ECTs - I refused and fought tooth and nail: my refusal was ignored and it took my PARENTS coming to a conference to put a stop to Jordan's plans to sterilize me and "lobotomize" (for lack of better wording) my cognition and intellect. HE clearly had every intention to BREAK me- destroy my spirit-& render me an invalid...THIS is Because I had zero say in what they subjected me to medically: I was treated as nothing more than an irritatingly loquacious lab animal. I had to move to another region to escape his grasp...and it took almost a decade to undue the damage. The enormous dose of an anti-convulsant which was the gold standard of the industry at the time (2007-2009) caused me to go into complete acute hepatic failure & I ended up on dialysis for 6 months in 2010. After, I was sent on to see the head of psychiatry at that regional clinic- I sat with him for 2 hours every 2 weeks for almost three years. The other psychiatrist took me off everything Jordan mandated I take- I found a med regimen that WORKED and didn't make me dull, and want to die. I slowly climbed out of the very deep pit Jordan's unethical treatment put me into, and I began working again as an advocate and collaborator with NAMI....in 2021 I eventually worked my way up to becoming a CNA for gravely disabled, autistic, and developmentally disabled clients. I have done literally everything that Jordan said was impossible...including regaining critical thinking, reasoning & problem solving skills & to function adequately socially & professionally. I have tried to obtain a copy of my records for a multitude of reasons- to no avail! It's curiously convenient that somehow my medical records were "lost" or "destroyed" when everything was digitized to computer in 2011....according to the BH agency- I never existed at all! There is NO records that I was ever a patient in their organization! - I'm absolutely certain that was no accident! Jordan thought I would never make it this far- & he went a far as to try to assure that i would never be able to accuse him of the intentionally harmful "treatment" I was forced to comply with. That's obviously a guilty conscience. Since he did this to me- its a safe conclusion to arrive at that he has done this before and will do it to others again. Avoid this man at all costs.
