Dr. Michael Jung, MD

I spent two months looking for my doctor "THE BEST", Dr Jung understands people as human beings and dedicates the time we need to understand everything about our health problem; Living with pain is not easy and this Doctor understands it; It was very sad to get to my appointment at APM to whom I entrusted my health for almost 10 years and while I was waiting for my doctor for my procedure a Doctor who was not Dr Jung entered, what? I immediately started to cry and asked about my Doctor who made my body reconnect without pain, they did not tell me about this great change before my appointment, that Dr Jung would no longer be my doctor; I believe that we patients choose whom to entrust with our health and not health providers, I just wanted to share my experience so that it does not happen to you

I was involved in an auto accident in 2017. I went to many doctors and therapists trying to correct the constant pain and stiffness I was experiencing in my neck and shoulders. Finally, I was sent to see Dr. Jung. He's a miracle worker! After undergoing nerve ablation, I can finally sleep at night, not suffer from chronic headaches, neck and shoulder pain and stiffness. Dr. Jung explained the procedure may need to be redone in 6 months to a year. I am hoping as the nerves regenerate, the old pain and stiffness doesn't reappear.

I was referred to this clinic from my doctor whom I trust very much. I was really impressed with Dr. Jung and his treatment plan. The office staff were not impressive at all. They are short with you, snotty, and all around grumps for the most part. I won't say that it is all of them, but the bad ones stick out. Their billing system is awful and difficult to follow because the office personnel don't bother to explain the mess that they send you in the mail until after you are already scratching your head. It appears that they are more concerned about your payments then your health. Dr. Jung deserves a better staff. I will not return to this clinic in the future.

I don’t much like writing these, but when a doctor chooses to affiliate themselves with a business they have to take some of the negativity from that business. I found Dr Jung to be a very nice person and very helpful with my issue. I find that advanced pain management and Waukesha pain management need to really look at the way they do billing. I find them to be more worried about getting their money then the health of the patient. I will no longer be visiting them which I find unfortunate as the doctor was a decent person.

He is one of the most pleasing doctors that I have seen in my 62 yrs of life. He listens to your questions and takes the time to help you understand.

TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, MY WIFE WAS TAKEN OFF A NARCOTIC WITH ASSURANCE OF NO WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS WHEN A NEW MED WAS PRESCRIBED. TWO DAYS LATER SHE HAD WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS. WE CALLED DR. JUNG'S OFFICE AT 14:00. NEITHER HE NOR HIS PA RETURNED OUR CALL. AND BY 18:00 TOOK THE WIFE TO URGENT CARE. QUITE THE CASE FOR INAPPROPRIATE CARE FOR A NEW PATIENT IN MY OPINION

I am so happy to finally have a doctor that took the time to listen to me and address my concerns. He was very thorough and answered all my questions as well as explain his care plan to me. Thank you.
