Dr. Michael Karing, MD

My experience with Dr. K has been very good. Leaps and bounds better than my last Doc who I felt treated me inhumanely. He’s improved my quality of life and treated me with respect. Thanks for being one of the good ones.

It seems it is no good anymore to have insurance. When I called to make an appointment as a new patient I was informed that I would have to participate in a program that requires me to pay over $1000 yearly. Back to my insurance to select a new PCP.

Dr Karing has been our primary care physician for about 20 years. Some of His notable characteristics are his professionalism, friendliness, and interest in his patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Karing is the most thorough Doctor in every respect. Very Good!!!

Dr. Karing is brilliant, patient, kind, and yes ... caring as well. I am honored to be his patient. My health is critically poor due to last physician abuse of MDVIP doctor Joseph King III MD. Dr. Karing is working quickly to all of the bad drug therapies in my past so my health heals naturally, and right now my entire mental and physical health is in critical mental and physical multi serious and debilitating critical condition. I am grateful and honored to be under Dr. Karing's care, and I honor his advice as he's proven himself right time after time and thus far has made exactly the BEST medical calls to recover my health safely. No problems so far, if you're looking for a nice doctor with short wait times check him out. He also helps sell vitamins and can recommend the right ones for you prn. Most recently, I was amazed how fast my refills were done when I left a voice mail. I thought it would take days or I'd have to talk to someone but nope same day service. He conducts health speeches and walks for his patients and friends and family so you can tell he cares about his practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karing for over 15 year's and he is the BEST. He truly cares about you as a person and a patient.

Dr Karing is one of the best Dr's I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I've been a patient of his for over 15 years, and I have referred over 15 people to him and EVERYONE Of them has stayed on as one of his patients. He listens, asks questions and doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions. He has a dry sense of humor, but is good at what he does. He knows his drugs and will NOT just hand out scrips cause you are in pain. I trust him with my life.. and have for 15 years.

Dr.Karing's bedside manner is terrible. He walks into the room almost as if he's ready to turn right back around and walk right out. He has little patience and interrupts quite frequently. He also treats my mother and father and just automatically attributes some of my health issues to theirs when they are completely different. He has, in one instance, used in appropriate language with me and that was the straw that broke the camel's back. I found a new doctor the very next day and had my charts sent from Karing's office over to the new doc. I would all in all, his biggest problem is his attitude, he has the stereotypical God Complex that doctors get, he is never wrong and whatever you do, don't tell him you've been doing some research on your own about your health, he hates that and will make you feel like an idiot. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Dr Karing is a good doctor, if you can get someone in his office to answer teh phone and/or not leave you sitting in the fornt lobby for over 30 mins. This office does not care about the patients. Save yourself the trouble...go somewhere else.
