Had surgery which seems to have come out ok. Did not follow up with me after the surgery to advise if it was actually successful, just left the building. When I was trying to get released I called at least 6 times before their office opened to be sure they got the message. Tried calling after the office was open, kept being put on hold telling me I was #2 in the queue and still waited 15 - 25 minutes. NO ONE EVER answered the phone but someone must have heard one of the messages because after about 2 hours the floor nurse came to tell me I had to pass physical therapy review to ensure I was Abe to take care of myself. He never advised me about that either. 2 days after surgery, their office called and had randomly picked an appointment for me too the the stitches removed. Tried calling today, not realizing the office closed at 1 pm. Why doesn't the Friday message advise that so people find that out right away? Very disorganized. Would not recommend him to anyone. Too… hard to reach.

I had a blood infection that went to my artificial hip, that I had replaced nine years ago. Dr. Kralovec was very quick to act on this! He did x-rays, bloodwork up and the surgery all in the same day. He was able to do a partial hip replacement and clean out the infection. He took the time and was very patient to make sure I understood the urgency and what my options were. He did his residency at Mayo clinic and his fellowship at Harvard. I felt I was in the best of care. His staff was wonderful and easy to work with. He has an excellent bedside manner. He made himself available to me 24/7. He saved my life! I have been recommending him to everybody I know!

DR MICHAEL E KRALOVEC IS THE MOST COMPASSIONATE, KINDEST, ONE WHO LISTENS INTENTLY TO HIS PATIENTS NEEDS AND CONCERNS THAT I HAVE EVER MET. HIS SINCERE BEDSIDE MANNERS ARE OVERSHADOWED ONLY BY HIS EXCELLENT SURGICAL SKILLS HIS STAFF COMPLEMENTS HIM AS WELL. THEY WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM .
