Dr. Michael Simon Kramer, MD

My experiences with his staff have far exceeded my expectations for a physicians office. Always available to answer my questions. Hadn't seen a doctor in years and scheduled an appointment for a physical. Have been coming to Dr. Kramer for myself and my family's care ever since. I highly recommend.

He purposefully bills codes ins will not pay and charges patient cash. The contract he has with ins. Pays a much lesser fee than he charges as cash patient. The wait time is ridiculously long. Have overhead staff talking about they hope is awake at 2;and 3 pm in afternoon....

Horrible time management. I waited 3 hours after my appt. was seen, then was charged (private pay) extra for extended time with Dr.

The office is the most ridiculous I have ever seen in my life. There is no respect for anyones time and I have waited more than two hours to see Dr. Kramer when there were no other patients in the office. After he finally shows up it takes an hour and a half before you leave. He insists on unnecessary bold tests and charges five times the actual cost.

It has been awhile since I seen Dr Kramer.. However he was recommended to me By the Dr Lynn Weiss center for ADD.. Dr Kramer always took time to talk with me and address my concerns .. He also was very diligent about tests, such as blood work. He also understands adult ADD very well. I recommend him highly. I would be still seeing him if I still lived in Dallas.

Doctor is always late, never on time. I spent five hours waiting on him. Very unprofessional. I have heard him talk bad about his other patients and is verbally abusive towards his staff. At my visit he wanted to discuss his political views with me and did not seem concerned about my medical issues. I would not recommend anyone see this quack.

I've seen Dr. Kramer for a 3 years, and he is intent upon talking to his patients long enough to get to the heart of what they're experiencing. I've waited as he's done this for other patients a few times, but I deeply appreciate his demeanor. I adore his staff -- they're attentive and pragmatic. Another commenter on Dr. Kramer mentions unnecessary tests, so I feel I should disclose a bit of medical information that the aforementioned does not: I was diagnosed with adult ADD, and now take a low-moderate daily dose of stimulants that improve my emotional state and professional life immeasurably. Stimulants can occasionally cause secondary issues and situationally conceal disease (through mild analgesic effects and mood enhancement) so Dr. Kramer does have tests ordered fairly regularly, but we've discussed them and I agree. I know that these tests provide a minuscule profit for his practice, but he wants to have a baseline for long-term patients. This is a big comfort when combined with… his consult attention because talk-therapy + prescription capacity + health-oriented adult ADD care is obscenely rare. If you want to see a kind, experienced GP for any reason, I'd recommend Dr. Kramer without reservation. I'd strongly recommend him to patients grappling with adult ADD who want a doctor who will talk to them long enough to fully assess their situation.

This office is the most poorly managed practice I have ever experienced. Staff is constantly late opening the office; doctor never shows when he is scheduled; wastes his patient's time; refuses prescription refills unless the patient pays for an unnecessary visit. Over bills for visits performs unnecessary tests. Very unprofessional!
